LENTEN RETREAT

AT THE FOOT OF THE CROSS

Please join Betsey Beckman and me for this interactive retreat that will prepare us for the most holy of weeks in our Christian year. We will enter into the passion narrative “in character”—using scripture, story and music to creatively imagine the experience as one of those who were there. Together we will create and celebrate a participative Stations of the Cross, “Witnesses on the Way” and Betsey will offer her StoryDance, “Mary Magdalene.”

This is a sleep-at-home, commuter retreat that is intentionally ecumenical.  We will gather at the beautiful Peace and Spirituality Center in Bellevue on the shores of Lake Washington. It is being offered on Friday evening, April 11th from 6-9 pm and continuing on Saturday, April 12 from 9am-5pm.
